Home Equity Loan Information

Minimum loan amount $10,000. Maximum loan amount $250,000. Homeowners insurance is required. Flood Insurance may be required. Loan-to-value not to exceed 80%. Not available for homes currently for sale to be sold within 6 months of closing.
There are no processing fees on home equity loans, unless in the case of the Subsequent Application fee of $300, which will be charged if refinancing a current Quincy Credit Union home equity loan that was closed within 6 months prior to and less than $10,000 in additional funds is advanced.
